**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast/transformer inside the display case. When installing, you should use a licensed electrician/installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole, as we feel it is best for the installer to determine the best exit point for the power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option, we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option, we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all four sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

Extra Large Outdoor Freestanding Message Center 40" x 60"
This extra-large outdoor freestanding bulletin board message center is the perfect solution for displaying vital information at universities, parks, golf courses, and other public outdoor areas. Unlike traditional natural wood notice boards, this 40" high x 60" wide information board is built for longevity and low maintenance.
It features a single top-hinged door and is supported by two 10-foot posts, allowing you to showcase announcements and signage at an ideal viewing height.

Our 40x60 outdoor display case is made from eco-friendly recycled polyethylene, a high-density faux wood that offers exceptional durability. Secure and Accessible Free-Standing Bulletin Board
Security and ease of use are crucial for any outdoor message display board. This cabinet features a front CAM locking system to protect your important messages and documents. The single door is mounted on a full-length, top-hinged, solid piano hinge. Included prop arms safely hold the door open for easy access to the natural tan cork panel interior.
A break-resistant acrylic glass window shields your printed announcements, maps, menus, and posters from the outside elements. For added protection against rain and debris, the cabinet features a front-slanted roof overhang.

Easy Installation with Two 10 ft Posts
This freestanding message center includes a set of two 4" x 4" x 120" posts for ground mounting. For proper support and stability, the posts should be secured at least three feet into the ground.
Once installed, this 40 x 60 high outdoor bulletin board provides a stable, highly visible platform ideal for school grounds, hiking trails, university campuses, and any security-conscious location needing a permanent information display. Optional surface-mount boots are available for installation on concrete or other hard surfaces.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
